Theme Name: Cocoa Stripes

Description: A minimalistic-styled, chocolate inspired theme

To install:

If you have WordPress 1.5, simply unzip the archive, maintaining folder structure, into your wp-content/themes/ directory. Then login to your admin panel, click "Presentation" and select Cocoa Stripes from your list of available themes.

If you have WordPress 1.2.2 and below: You're pretty much on your own unless you would like to arrange to have me set up the theme for you. My services are not free, but they are inexpensive. Email me at callistawolf@REMOVETHISgmail.com for more information.

To customize:

To make this template your own, simply open up the sidebar.php file. The fields between the <center> and </center> tags are available to edit at your will. For instance: find this section of the file

<br /><div class="aboutme">a</div>
<center>Replace this with information about yourself<br>
Such as: where you are, who you are, etc.</center>

To make that your own, simply replace the text in between the <center> and </center> tags with information about yourself. You may use a variety of html tags here, including <a href> and <img src> for inserting links and images. If you run into trouble, email me and for a fee I will be more than glad to help you out.

Also, I have included in the "images" folder several blank graphics. One for sidebar category graphics and one for the header. You may edit those as you please with any graphics program (I recommend Jasc's Paint Shop Pro) to show the name of your blog or any special sidebar categories you would like to have. The font I used is: MiltonBurlesque, if you would like to recreate that look. Again, I will customize these images for you, for a fee.

Credit for the original theme goes to Theron Parlin and his "Benevolence" theme. He made a fantastic theme that was a joy to customize. Check out his other themes at: http://www.thoughtmechanics.com/blog/category/web-design/wordpress-themes/
